We are currently recruiting for our International Client, based in the Portuguese capital, French speakers for CUSTOMER SUPPORT positions.
THE ROLE :
Handling inbound calls from existing customers and providing support on different matters (after sales, deliveries, order status, etc.) in French;
Identifying and solving, in timely manner, issues related to the product and/or services offered;
Customers relationship management through effective and exhaustive communication, using multiple channels (phone, email, chat);
Up-selling, where possible, maximising the sales of the product and/or services offered.
REQUIREMENTS :
High/Excellent knowledge of French;
Good communication skills;
PCs and web tools use (email, word, excel, chat, etc.), familiar with modern technologies and the use of smartphones;
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress situations;
No experience required!
